May was a Month of Food Stations

With Winter well and truly here we have had an abundance of requests for our Food Stations... with hearty food choices including our tasty Gourmet Burger Bar you are sure to have a selection of food to suit all your guests needs.

Our Burger Bar includes tasty selection of Organic Salad, Cheese, Poached Organic Beetroot, Chargrilled Fresh Pineapple, Smashed Avocado, Free Range Eggs, Smokey Bacon, Handcrafted Pickles, Nutmeg and Pepper house-made Tomato Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Garlic Aioli, Caramelised Onion topped onto your choice of our fresh made Wagu Beef Burgers/Vegan Vege Patty with a choice of fresh baked Brioche Rolls or Vegan/Gluten Free offerings....

It takes around 1.5 hours for us to set up and have everything cooked but the flavour and theatrics of having a chef at your venue cooking in front of you is soooo worth the mounting aromas that make you hungry from the start.

We look after our Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free guests as well. There truly is something on our Burger Bar for everyone.

Our other food stations include but not limited to: Breaky Station, Pancake Station, Chocolate Fountain, Pasta Bar, Barito Bar, Nacho Station etc.
