METHOD:
Place butter into a bowl of your food mixer and whip until smooth. Add in remaining ingredients and mix till just combined.
Place the combined mix onto a sheet of baking paper and roll into a sausage shape. Place in the refrigerator and allow to set for at least 1 hour.
Take Biscuit Roll out of the fridge and slice into rounds. Place onto a baking sheet, allowing room to expand, and bake in a Preheated Oven of 175C for around 10 mins or until turning golden. You want a little colour but not too much as the mix turns browner the flavour changes to a more nutty flavour.
Allow to cool on tray for 10 mins then serve or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
